“ I have only been through the drive thru,but I must say that this is the fastest, friendliest, most accurate DD I have ever visited. The woman running the morning driving thru is spectacular. I wish DD could harness her energy and positive attitude. Starbucks would cease to exist! Thanks for being a bright spot in a quick stop! ”

Her energy, her speed, the way she hands me my cold drink with a napkin around it !! (I love ) I had a slight problem and spoke to her about it and she assured me she would handle it with her team. I go in when the line is long and she’s chatting with the team/ drive-thu yet tending to her duties, not skipping a beat. The staff as well is very kind. Customer service of this type is unfortunately a rarity in today's society and the reason why I stop by in the mornings. There are at least 3 other Dunkin Doughnuts not to far away from this one and on my route for my daily commute.
